Two emblems framing an inscription on the lintel of the window of the mausoleum:

بسمله … هذا تربة العبد الفقير الى الله تعالى المقرّ الأشرف السيفي طاز توفّي رحمه الله سنة ثلث وستّين وسبعمئة

… This is the mausoleum of the servant yearning for God the Exalted, His Most Noble Excellency Sayf al-dīn Ṭāz. Passed away – may God have mercy on him – in the year 763 (1361-62).

Possible dating: 763/1362
