Zawiya and Fountain of sultan Faraj (Cairo)

Located in front of Bab Zuwayla, Cairo.

It was first constructed as a madrasa by the powerful civil official Jamāl al-dīn Yūsuf who fell into disgrace the year after.

His emblem remains inside the building although the colors seem to have been added later.
