Bowl for Sunqur al-Ā’sar

Conserved at the Benaki Museum, Athens.

At least one emblem of the emir dividing the body inscription. Two emblems of his daughter at the bottom of the object.

Daughter’s inscription:

برسم الست فاطمة ابنت المقر المر حوم سنقر الأعسر

For the Lady Fāṭima, daughter of His Late Excellency Sunqur al-Ā’sar

Possible dating: between 683/1284-5 and 695/1295
