Three emblems dividing the inscription, a fourth in the centre of the object:

ممّا عمل برسم الجناب الكريم العالي المولوي الأميري الكبيري المحترمي المخدومي السيفي سيف الدين بهادر الحموي رأس نوبة الجمداريّة الملكي الناصري

This is one of the objects made for His Honorable and High Excellency, our Lord, the Great Amir, the Honored, the Well-Served, Sayf al-dīn Bahādur al-Ḥamawī, Chief of the Corps of the jamdār-s of al-Malik al-Nāṣir.
