الكافلي السيفي اينال الأشرفي كافل المملكة الحمويّة المحروسة عزّ الله أنصاره بإبطال ما كان يؤخذ على القطّانين بحماة الخ

On the 24th Sha’bān (23rd July 1489), our Lord, His Most Noble, Honorable and High Excellency, our Lord, the Royal, the Well-Served, the Viceroy Sayf al-dīn Aynāl al-Ashrafī, Viceroy of the province of Hama, the protected, may God make his victories glorious, ordered to abolish (the taxes) taken from the cotton-merchants in Hama…
