One emblem in the middle of an inscription:

بسمله … أمر بعمارة هذه المأذنة مولانا المقرّ الأشرف السيفس اينال العلائي

نائب السلطنة الشريفة بغزّة المحروسة ابتغاء لوجه الله تعالى في مستهلّ ذي الحجّة الحرام سنة خمسة وثلاثين وثمان مائة

In the name of the most merciful God. Ordered to build this minaret our Lord, His Most Noble Excellency, Sayf al-dīn Īnāl al-‘Alā’ī, Governor of the Noble Sultanate in the protected Gaza, in his desire to please God the Exalted, on the 1st of Dhu-l-Ḥijja of the year 835 (30th June 1432).
