Two emblems dividing the inscription on the socket of the object:

ممّا عمل برسم الأمير صلاح الدين ابن سمري

This is one of the objects made for the Amir Ṣalāḥ al-dīn, son of Samrī.

Possible dating: l. 13th century/e. 14th century
